Take off with our PreFirsters!

On March 20th, the Fray Luis de León Auditorium became a bustling international airport—at least for a few magical hours! Our PreFirst students, accompanied by their enthusiastic teachers and proud parents, took part in a delightful event that combined language learning with creativity, teamwork, and a whole lot of fun. ✈️✨

The young learners transformed into little flight attendants, ready to welcome their passengers with warmth and professionalism. Families walked through a fully set Check-In module, where children practiced greetings, polite expressions, and basic questions—all in English! Once boarding was complete, everyone stepped into an amazing airplane crafted with care and imagination, ready for takeoff.

After a short but exciting flight, the plane landed safely, and the adventure continued with a classic favorite: Snakes and Ladders! 🎲 Students took turns rolling the dice and answering simple yet meaningful questions such as “Is it raining now?” with confidence: “No, it isn’t.” These short dialogues may seem simple, but they represent a crucial step in language development—the ability to understand, respond, and engage in basic conversation in English.

The event was made possible thanks to the energy and dedication of Teachers Lupita Buccio, Livier Valdez, and Andy Luna, who guided the children with patience, creativity, and a genuine love for teaching. Their thoughtful preparation ensured that every child felt supported and celebrated throughout the experience.

We were also honored to have Teacher Leticia González, English Coordinator, present to support our educators and witness the wonderful work taking place in our classrooms. Her presence is always a reminder of the collaborative spirit that defines our English program.

Students from Groups A, B, and C each enjoyed an hour of discovery, demonstration, and pure joy—sharing with their families the progress they have made and the confidence they are building in English.

Parents left the auditorium with smiles and a deep sense of pride, hearing their children speak English with enthusiasm and ease. Moments like these remind us that language learning begins with trust, play, and meaningful connection.

We congratulate our PreFirst students for their wonderful performance, and we thank our dedicated teachers and families for making this experience unforgettable.
